Factorial is an HR platform that centralizes and simplifies people management, documents, vacations, absences, shifts, payroll, and onboarding all in one place. Designed for SMEs, it helps reduce bureaucracy and streamline processes in a simple, intuitive way.
Factorial involved us to create content that showcases the main features of One, their new AI assistant. The goal was to develop a clear and engaging scrolling storytelling experience for their website, supporting the global launch of the product and demonstrating how One simplifies HR management and turns complex data into actionable insights.

Together with the Factorial team, we worked on the initial concepts and, later, on the animations and overall look, designed to perfectly integrate with the branding developed internally for One. We had the opportunity to experiment and play with shapes and colors that could accompany the main clips, creating a cohesive and unified visual language. The playful and design-oriented approach allowed us to deliver a clear and intuitive digital experience, making complex HR topics more accessible and bridging the gap with the end user.
